  • Proposed a comprehensive digital transformation by migrating 2,500 corporate users to Office 365 while ensuring compliance with INTERPOL's data protection regulations for all 194 member countries throughout the entire process.

  • Corporate Solutions for clarification were Office 365, SAP HANA, ITSM Tool, Document Management System, custom applications, and Databases, using PMI Standards for Application Profile Management (APM) and Software Application Management (SAM)

  • Led a team of 30+ in-house engineers and 40+ engineers from authorized vendors through Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and other work management systems.

  • Orchestrated plans for a cutting-edge 50 MW Data Center in Central America, aligning infrastructure with INTERPOL’s global standards while ensuring compliance with data protection protocols for secure operations
